Definition of PATHETIC
Here is the definition of PATHETIC, as defined by the state of South Dakota:
The bill would make it a crime for doctors to perform an abortion unless the procedure was necessary to save the woman's life. It would make no exception for cases of rape or incest.
Governor Mike Rounds signed the legislation today, effectively saying that South Dakota women no longer may make their own choices about their bodies, and compromising the ability of medical professionals to treat their patients as they see fit.
A sad day for the state of South Dakota and for those who believe that the government should not dictate how people choose to live their lives.
Pathetic, indeed.

It would make no exception for cases of rape or incest.
I would argue that if that what the state believes, then the state should pay supplemental child support to all rape and underaged incest victims until that child is old enough to become emancipated from their parent.
Some would say to that, "Why does the state have to pay for that welfare?" Well, the state makes no exception for rape or incest in an abortion law, thus thereby forcing these women to have children that they aren't prepared to have. So if the state wants you to have that child under that circumstance, then I feel they should have to pay for the cost of making them do it. But we all know they won't--they're attitude is, we care more about the unborn one than we do the living, breathing, out-of-the-belly one, so...the unborn one takes precedence.
Right on the money.
And speaking of money, it's funny how these people will, apparently, stand up for what they believe in but are unwilling to, quite literally, pay the price.
Sounds like the stance on Iraq by the "chickenhawks", too.
Lame.
