Based on Tom Delay's decision to resign his House seat this week, I guess the "enemies of virtue" must have prevailed after all.

Seems too good to be true!
In some ways, a Tom Delay who's out of the public eye might, in fact, be more dangerous than a Tom Delay who holds a seat in the House. And the operative word truly is, "dangerous".
